Kerry is an EMDR trained therapist who used EMDR to address distressing or traumatic experiences. EDMR is an effective way to address current triggers and trauma responses without reliving the distressing situation or events. Together with clients, Kerry develops individualized treatment plans to support clients in reprocessing and desensitizing clients to their traumatic experiences.

Kerry recognizes that while parenting is rewarding, it is hard. Navigating your child’s diverse needs while managing your own life struggles can be difficult. Kerry uses an attachment approach, supporting parents to understand their child’s needs through their behaviour. The greatest impact you have on your child’s behaviour is through your relationship. Kerry works with parents of children all ages in supporting them to build a healthy attachment relationship to weather life’s storms.
